As Salaamu Alaykum Wa Rahmahtuallahi Wa Barakatuh

I am a mother of six wonderful children, Alhamdulilah. I have three girls ages 14,12, and 5  and three boys ages 4, 2 and newborn, masha Allah.

We started homeschooling last year and subhan Allah we have come along way with our adventure into homeschooling. Teaching them all has surely been a task in itself but from the help of Allah we have made it through and we have found great homeschool support and resources on the internet.

I am also new at blogging, but I am sure I won’t have difficulty in it since I love to share with my sisters in Islam any ideas or advice that may be beneficial.  I look forward to hearing your feedback and seeing your blogs and what you have to share.

I hope you have enjoyed my posts thus far. I have many more ideas ahead so please keep following and adding your input as much as you want. I certainly do appreciate it all.

  16. Assalamu alaikum…Masha’Allah, may Allah reward you for your efforts. I am a teacher who once homeschooled and would like to know how do you handle it with 6 children, masha’Allah. I only have 3, and I find teaching the three different levels so challenging, mentally for me. I feel guilty that I am not covering for the other two what need to be taught when I spend extra time on a project with one. If you have any advice, please let me know.

Alhamdulillah. Very nice site, Ma sha Allah. I have two Ibns, 4 year old and 1 year old Alhamdulillah. I am currently homeschooling my 4year old. My problem I need help with by Allahs Mercy, is time and management. I want to design a curriculum to stick with InshaAllah. My 1 year old is a little road block, lol and I always seemed to be consumed in housework. InshaAllah you can help me. Being a housewife\mother is constant, May Allah reward us for our hardwork, Ameen. I just want some structure, any suggestions. Another problem I have is always wanting to learn Islam, not a problem, but I find myself on the computer to much because I am so HUNGRY for knowledge to better myself and family before I reach the grave InshaAllah. So sometimes the children are just hanging by my legs like “Umi pay us some attention please” so looking forward to your help. Jazak Allahu khair. May Allah bless and preserve us Ameen.

  19. As salaamu alaiki.. I am very pleased with the work you have done. And I wanted to say Shukraan for sharing all of this stuff with all of us. It is such a benefit for the children.. 23. Salamu alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh,

Allahu Akbar! Elhamdulileh, there are still REAL women in our ummah. Masha Allah.
I am a mother of 2 girls, who are 2 years and 7 months old and we live in Holland. I am so happy to see that so many moms do homeschooling with their kids. Here in Holland it is very very very difficult to do so. I hope that we will me gone when my oldest one have to go to school here. There are only schools of the kufaar here where we live, and if there is any ‘islamic’school, it is full of bida’.
May Allah help us and all of you to raise our precious sprouts according to the Quran and Sunnah, ameen.

    Love from Holland.

By the way: where do you get time to do all those things masha Allah, Allahuma barak??? I only have 2 kids and cant even find time to get dressed properly, Allahul musta3an…..
